Mary Pluta joined NFPA on September 7 as the new Workforce Program Manager. She holds a Master of Public Administration degree from UW-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ripon College. Mary joins NFPA following a career working for a Wisconsin state legislator.
In addition to her public policy background, Mary serves as a board member for the Friends of Hoyt Park & Pool, a non-profit organization she helped establish and operate.
In her new role at NFPA, Mary will help support the NFPA Foundation’s mission of connecting students to fulfilling careers in fluid power. She will be involved in the Robotics Challenge Scholarship, Speaker’s Bureau, Fluid Power Action Challenge Grants, University Grants, Heroes MAKE America partnership and more.
