Upcoming Workforce Events
Workforce Engagement Group sessions serve as a forum to discuss activities and opportunities designed to connect NFPA members with the Fast Track to Fluid Power and Power Partner programs. Both programs create awareness and attention to fluid power education at 2- year and 4- year institutions and gives participating members increased visibility to emerging talent in their region and provides recruitment opportunities to more successfully interact with students interested in careers in our industry.
Ohio Workforce Engagement Meeting at Tri-C
Join us at Tri-C for the inaugural Ohio Workforce Engagement meeting and tour of Tri-C’s fluid power facility. Attending NFPA members will meet Ray Nejadfard, learn about Tri-C’s fluid power related courses, and have an opportunity to offer feedback about the curriculum.

Illinois Workforce Engagement Meeting at IEOC

Industry Connection Events bring NFPA members to college campuses that are involved with our Power Partner program. These events allow you to showcase your company, highlight internships and job opportunities and network with students that are learning fluid power or interested in pursuing it as a career path. Students majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Agricultural Engineering, and more are invited to attend.
