Doering Company recently announced its acquisition of the assets of Eden Prairie, Minnesota-based Metro Hydraulics. This is the company’s first acquisition, which is expected to further its strategic growth initiatives. Metro designs and manufactures a variety of valve types for agriculture, construction, turf, and light industrial applications. Its operation will continue with its full staff while working with Doering’s management for a smooth transition. Read the full release here.
