Created by Miller Resource Group, compensation benchmark reports are now available to NFPA members, focusing on eight important positions:
- CNC Programmer
- Field Support Technician
- Plant Manager
- Product Manager
- Project Engineer
- Sales Manager
- Senior Design Engineer
- Technical Sales Engineer
The benchmarks correspond to six metro areas, and focus on employees with 4 to 6 years experience in mid-size companies. Benchmarks are based on broad surveys of compensation data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the Bureau of Economic Analysis, and State Unemployment Insurance Claims. They are validated against 8.6 million company pay stubs each month.
NFPA members can access these reports for no charge at the Business Intelligence section of the NFPA stats website at https://nfpahub.com/stats/reports-data/business-intelligence/.
Members can specify and purchase additional reports from Miller Resource Group at a 10 percent discount by contacting Alex Chausovsky at alexc@millerresource.com.
