Clamping, coupling, and strut product manufacturer ZSi-Foster recently acquired VERSABAR, a steel component manufacturer that serves the Northeast from its location in Totowa, New Jersey. The acquisition expands ZSi-Foster’s product line as well as its geographic reach. Read more about the acquisition here.
