Helios Technologies recently signed an agreement to acquire NEM Srl, a company that specializes in hydraulic solutions for handling, construction, industrial vehicles, and agriculture. The transaction is likely to close in the third quarter of 2021. The acquisition is expected to strengthen Helios’ hydraulics segment and geographic reach. Read the full release here.
