ESP International, a Cedar Rapids, Iowa-based supplier to OEM off-highway equipment markets, recently announced its acquisition of Texas Seal Supply Company, an Arlington, Texas-based seal distribution company that serves the industrial OEM, aerospace, and oil & gas markets. Texas Seal’s focus on the Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana region is set to help ESP International’s existing Texas location expand its service reach in the southern United States.
