Danfoss recently announced the full acquisition of Artemis Intelligent Power Ltd (AIP), a Scotland-based company specializing in hydraulic system development. The acquisition was initiated in October 2018, and the company’s January 2021 announcement notes that AIP has now completely joined the Danfoss Power Solutions organization. This means that about 60 employees will join Danfoss’ Digital Displacement team and the AIP brand name will be retired and its products will go to market under the Danfoss Digital Displacement brand.
