Latest Industry Trends Data Now Available

The latest data published by the National Fluid Power Association shows the 12 month moving average of shipments for pneumatic, hydraulic, and total fluid power continue to grow. These averages have been growing at a steady rate since February 2021. The year-to-date % change for total fluid power shipments in February 2022 is 18.8%. Mobile hydraulic orders received from March 2021 to February 2022 are currently 142.5% of the orders received from March 2020 to February 2021. When looking at raw index data, pneumatic shipments stayed relatively the same when compared to last month, while mobile hydraulic and industrial hydraulic shipments are up. These charts are drawn from data collected from more than 80 manufacturers of fluid power products by NFPA’s Confidential Shipment Statistics (CSS) program.
