Celebrating Mentoring Month – NFPA Members Are Making a Difference
This fall, we have lunched our updated resource center on our How It Work webpage located under the Fluid Power Action Challenge tab on the website. One of the most significant changes you will see on the How It Works pages is that the competition has been divided into two main categories: In-School and Community Competitions. Both sets of competitors have their own set of unique documents based on the designated mechanical kit designs.

NFPA’s Fast Track to Fluid Power is one of NFPA’s flagship workforce development initiatives. The program aims to foster a productive partnership between technical colleges, NFPA’s industry partners, and parents and students in local middle and high schools. The first fast-track hub in the Midwest region, WCTC offers two-year fluid power degrees: Automation Systems Technology and Industrial Maintenance Technician.
