Motion & Control Enterprises recently announced its acquisition of Instrument Associates, Inc., the company’s third acquisition this year. Instrument Associates was founded in the 1940s and is based in Alsip, Illinois. It is a distributor of products and solutions for instrumentation, providing solutions for fittings, valves, tubing, steam traps, filtration and process control to industrial markets in Illinois and Indiana. The company will continue to operate under the Instrument Associates name with the same employees and suppliers, but as a new division of Motion & Control Enterprises. Read the full release here.
