NFPA’s 2022 Annual Conference will feature valuable in-person networking, thought-provoking educational sessions, the NFPA Foundation Golf Fundraiser and much more. With so many exclusive and unique offerings, spots at the conference and hotel are filling up quickly. Here are all the deadlines you can’t miss:
Early Bird Registration – January 1, 2022:
Make sure to register for the event while the Early Bird Fee is still available. This offer includes a significant discount for in-person or virtual members and Future Leader attendees. Click here to see the other attendees you could meet at the conference.
Hotel Reservation – January 21, 2022
NFPA has reserved a limited block of rooms at the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix. The group rate for this block is $399 per night and will be available until January 21 or until the block is full — whichever comes first. Make your reservation by calling (800) 950-0086. Speak with a Reservation Agent and reference group code NF22 to receive the National Fluid Power Association rate. Or, you may use the passkey link to book directly into the room block at the preferred rate.
Suite Deal Contest – January 14, 2022
Attendees who register by January 14 will be entered in our Suite Deal Contest which will bump two registrants to free, upgraded rooms. To be eligible for the contest you must:
- Register for the conference
- Book your hotel room by January 14, 2022
- Add a spouse/guest to your registration and/or represent a company with more than one registered and booked employee
Winners will be announced at the end of January and will be refunded their original reservation fees. The two available suite upgrades will only be available for February 21 – February 25, 2022.
