The latest trends from NFPA’s Confidential Shipment Statistics (CSS) program can be found in the Stats Dashboard. CSS tracks monthly shipments of fluid power products manufactured in the United States. The shipments dollars reported are tied to a base year and presented as indexes to track shipment trends over time.
The Stats Dashboard allows members to analyze shipments trends with moving averages and rates of change. The latest highlights from April data include:
- April 2023 total fluid power shipments are down 14.53% from March 2023, but are up 2.23% when compared to April 2022
- April 2023 total hydraulic shipments are down 12.5% from March 2023, but are up 7.08% when compared to April 2022
- April 2023 total pneumatic shipments are down 16.98% from March 2023, but are up 0.58% when compared to April 2022
NFPA’s Stats Dashboard combines data from various NFPA reports and puts it all in one place. Members can explore data with interactive graphs/tables and link back to full reports for more detail.
