NFPA’s Executive Leadership Program is conducted in partnership with the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and offers a series of in-person events for a defined cohort of participants that teach both the hard and soft skills that are needed for leadership in today’s fluid power industry.
The program’s second cohort of leaders will be graduating from this program later this year – and registration has now opened for the program’s third cohort, who will participate in six deep-learning sessions throughout our next fiscal year – beginning at the IEOC in August 2024.
Topics include:
- Executive Judgment & Coaching
- Strategy & Execution
- Strategic Negotiation
- Presentations & Executive Presence
- Cultivating Culture & Values
- Leading Under Pressure
This is a limited opportunity, and it sells out quickly, so if you if have an emerging leader on your team who would benefit from both the instruction and the camaraderie that this stellar program offers, contact Eric Lanke at elanke@nfpa.com in order to reserve their spot.
