Power Partner University Program Opens Doors for Students

The University Power Partner Program is made possible in part by the generous support of industry volunteers as well as NFPA Education and Technology Foundation and Pascal Society donors. Support these efforts by making a donation.

Universities with strong fluid power programs and deep connections to the industry have the opportunity to become one of NFPA’s Power Partner Universities. This program connects students to the events and resources they need to pursue a career in fluid power through the support of NFPA, member companies and their university. Purdue University, the Milwaukee School of Engineering and Iowa State University are the program’s first three participating schools.

To be a Power Partner University, a school must meet the following criteria:

Given their demonstrated commitment to fluid power education, students from these schools make excellent candidates for open positions. Consider attending a future Meet the Students/Industry Connection event at one of these Power Partner Universities or participating in NFPA’s Speaker’s Bureau to get your company’s name in front of these talented students. Please reach out to Mary Pluta at mpluta@nfpa.com for more information.
