Dan Bagley

Dan Bagley is a tenured, global industrial strategist and innovator.  He is the founder of B&B Management Labs and its unique strategy development process – STRATEGIC INK.  He was Chairman and CEO of Cepstral, a digital speech technology company and a US Navy Nuclear Power instructor, serving aboard fast attack submarines. He has been VP Sales and Marketing for General Signal Pump Group, Robert Bosch Fluid Power, and Sophus Berendsen USA. He was Chief Marketing Officer of Kennametal and a Director in the Deloitte Consulting Manufacturing practice. Dan is active in AMT,  VDW, NTMA, EPTDA and others.  He’s been a part of NFPA on and off the past 30 years. He has 12 patents pending, as well as He is the author of two forthcoming books, “B2B to We” and “Value-Stream Selling.”
