Every two years, we conduct a broad-ranging survey of members to gauge the importance of, and satisfaction with, the overall portfolio of NFPA member services. Feedback gathered through the survey is used by the NFPA Board of Directors in their summer strategic planning sessions and in staff planning throughout the year. Past survey responses have helped us focus on some specific areas for improvement and have also helped validate investments we’ve made in some service areas.
Please watch for the survey and take a few minutes to let us know what you think. The survey will reach your inbox next Tuesday, March 15 and will come from Jacob Starinsky at Industry Insights with the subject line “NFPA Member Survey”.
If you do not see the survey and would like to respond, contact Pete Alles at palles@nfpa.com.
