Member News: QCC Announces Acquisition by Capital Concepts Holdings, LLC

QCC logoQCC recently announced its acquisition by Chicago-based private equity investment firm Capital Concepts Holdings, LLC (CCH). The transaction was completed March 31, 2021. QCC had previously been owned by Chicago-based Promus Equity. CCH has extensive expertise in manufacturing and finance, and the partnership is expected to help accelerate QCC’s growth and performance moving forward. Read the full release here.
