Peninsular Cylinder was recently named the winner of the second annual Michigan Manufacturing Association’s “Coolest Thing Made in Michigan” competition. This contest is open to all Michigan manufacturing companies. Peninsular’s winning innovation was a custom booster cylinder that provides accelerated product testing for component design verification. The company, which was founded in 1948, also makes standard pneumatic and hydraulic actuators as well as custom cylinders to meet application specifications for various industries.
