Motion & Control Enterprises recently announced the acquisition of RSA, Inc. and Global Controls, Inc. Based in Illinois, RSA distributes robotics, motion control, vision systems, PLC/HMI and safety products while Global Controls is a systems integrator supporting automation and motion control projects. The acquisition is set to help spur growth for all parties involved.
