Motion & Control Enterprises recently announced that it has acquired Diversified Air Systems. Diversified was founded in 1979 and is based in Cleveland, Ohio and serves industrial markets across Ohio, West Virginia, and western Pennsylvania. It is a full-service stocking distributor of air compressors and related products. The company is set to operate as a division of MCE under the Diversified Air Systems name with the same leadership team, employees, and suppliers. The acquisition is set to help the combined business offer a broader range of engineered solutions. Read the full release here.
