Member News: Motion Completes Acquisition of Kaman Distribution Group

Motion Industries has completed the purchase of Kaman Distribution Group effective January 3, 2022. The acquisition is expected to help boost Motion’s concentration in core industrial products and services, including growing technical/automation arenas such as precision engineering.
