Milan-based Manuli Rubber Industries SpA and Melbourne-based RYCO Hydraulics Pty Ltd recently jointly announced Manuli has completed acquisition of a majority shareholding in RYCO. The result will be a merger between Manuli’s wholly owned Manuli Hydraulics and Fluiconnecto divisions with RYCO. The combined business will provide an enhanced range of global hydraulic hose and fittings products and reach a broad range of market sectors. Each company will continue to operate through its existing market channels, and the Manuli, Fluiconnecto, RYCO, and RYCO24•7 brands will be retained. Read the full release here and here.
