NFPA member news is designed to inform members of key industry updates in quick, bite-sized posts that provide only the most important information. This week’s update comes from Parker Hannifin.

Parker Hannifin recently announced leadership changes, with three individuals taking different leadership roles within the company. The company’s Board of Directors elected Lee Banks, currently President and Chief Operating Officer, to Vice Chairman and President; Jennifer Parmentier, currently Vice President and President – Motion Systems Group, to Chief Operating Officer; and Berend Bracht, currently Vice President of Operations – Engineered Materials Group to Vice President and President – Motion Systems Group. The changes are expected to help leaders continue the transformation of the company moving forward.

Parmentier, who is a member of the NFPA Board of Directors, has been with Parker since 2008 and has held a variety of operational leadership roles within the company. Bracht has been with Parker since 2018 and has previously held a number of positions in global operations and leadership at motion and control technologies companies, including Bosch Rexroth.
