Kraft Fluid Systems recently announced the retirement of Diane Baker, who had been CEO of the company since 2007. Her career at Kraft began in 1983, and she held a number of management positions during her 38-year tenure. Her responsibilities have included strategic hiring, acquisition and the implementation of the company’s employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) in 1998. She will remain on as Chair of the Board of Directors. With this retirement, Scott Durand, President of Kraft, has assumed the role of CEO, and Patrick Green, Sales Manager, has assumed the role of Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
