Kaman Corporation recently announced that it will sell its distribution segment to affiliates of Littlejohn & Co. as part of a strategic portfolio transformation. Kaman’s distribution segment distributes fluid power, motion control, power transmission, automation, and other types of components to customers in a variety of industries. The move is expected to expand Littlejohn’s distribution expertise in industrial sectors. Read the full release here.
