HAWE Hydraulik recently announced its acquisition of HOERBIGER’s Automation Technology Division, effective May 1, 2019. HAWE is taking over all employees at the three existing HOERBIGER locations affected by the acquisition, which amounts to about 320 employees. The acquisition adds to HAWE’s existing product portfolio, which provides hydraulic drives and mechatronic controls to over 70 industries. Read the full release here.
