During this free session, Fred Harburg, PhD, one of the drivers in establishing NFPA’s Executive Leadership Program, brings lessons to bear from fields of performance psychology, neuroscience, exercise physiology and more, in discussing practical approaches to thrive in demanding times.  This session, initially designed for NFPA’s Future Leaders group, is open to all members.
