In Memoriam
John Fulton, a pioneer in the hydraulics industry, recently passed away peacefully in his home with family at his side. He was 92 years old. Mr. Fulton represented an entrepreneurial spirit in the hydraulics industry for over six decades. His work helped drive the hydraulic cartridge valve industry forward, and it was under his leadership that the concept of the 10 size cavity was developed. His leadership and ability to innovate helped shape Delta Power Company’s history.
John Fulton founded Delta Power Company in 1967. Delta Power originally began as a distributor for MTE Hydraulics, a manufacturer of pumps and motors. In 1970 Delta Power Company transitioned into a hydraulics valve manufacturer supplying product to mobile and industrial end markets. He was well thought of by colleagues and competitors across the hydraulics industry. Read more about his life and legacy here.
