Texas Hydraulics recently announced its acquisition of The Oilgear Company, a Traverse City, Michigan-based manufacturer of hydraulic pumps, valves, and systems for heavy duty application. The acquisition will help Texas Hydraulics expand its product offering and global reach. Oilgear serves customers in industrial, oil and gas, and mobile equipment end markets through its twelve primary facilities across the globe. Read the full release.
