Sineigh Quinn
Workforce Program and Event Manager
Sineigh Quinn (pronounced “Shih-nay”) takes pride in her Irish roots—her name comes from the Gaeilge phrase “Sin é,” meaning “that’s it.” She grew up immersed in the Milwaukee Irish-American traditions, spending 12 years performing, training, and competing internationally as an Irish dancer. Sineigh holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and brings a broad range of experience from roles with UW-Madison, Northwestern Mutual, and the Medical College of Wisconsin.
On September 30, 2024, Sineigh joined the National Fluid Power Association (NFPA) as Workforce Program and Event Manager, where she supports the Power Partner University programs, connecting students with careers in fluid power. She thrives on collaborating with students and values the fresh perspectives they offer.
Outside of work, Sineigh stays grounded through yoga and meditation and is on track to earn her RYT200 certification as a Registered Yoga Teacher by June 2025. She is an avid reader, enthusiastic traveler, film buff, and lifelong learner who enjoys theatre, museums, and exploring new restaurants. At home, she embraces her love of the spooky season year-round, sharing her home with two silly black cats, Slim and Shady.
