RW Screw is a precision machine shop with capabilities to manufacture a variety of parts to customer specifications. We have equipment in for part sizes .030″ in diameter to 3″ in diameter. We have a variety of bar machines including Cam and CNC multiple spindles, cam and CNC single spindles, Swiss and Rotary Transfer machines. To complement our bar machines, we have a fully equipped secondary department to perform OD grinding, milling, broaching, drilling, honing, straightening and vertical mills for more complicated shape manufacturing. We also have multiple partnerships with heat treaters, platers and other coating and machining companies. The products we make go into hydraulic systems for both agriculture and general use applications. We also supply the hydro-static transmission market.
