Another Successful Annual Reverse Career Fair at Murray State University

NFPA’s annual Reverse Career Fair event with Murray State University last month was a success! With 30 engineering students presenting their fluid power projects, NFPA members had the chance to see the impressive talent coming from our Power Partner University.

Students from various engineering degree programs presented their senior design and classroom projects to NFPA members. There was a wide array of projects that all incorporated fluid power in one way or another including a pneumatic hot cocoa machine and a self-sufficient houseplant ecosystem.

Thank you to the following NFPA members for attending our event: Parker Hannifan, Isaacs Fluid Power, Norgren, IFP Motion Solutions, and Hydrotech, Inc.

This is our second year with Murray State University as a Power Partner and there are plenty of ways to connect with their students. Currently, they are looking to have an industry representative join their students, either virtually or in-person for a speaker’s bureau opportunity. This is great for company visibility and to meet with potential candidates for internships and job positions. If you are interested in speaking with Murray State University students or engaging with them in the future, please contact Kyla at kolson@nfpa.com.
