Leadership Board The NFPA Board of Directors establishes all Association policies and oversees the administration of all Association programs and services. Councils Influences program development and delivery to better serve their individuals needs; helps members plug into programs. Committees Association committees and boards take the lead in directing projects that not only strengthen the fluid power industry, but also provide members with tools for their own success. NFPA Executive Leadership Program Designed to provide a fluid power industry-specific experience that accelerates leadership and fosters long-term connections, the session content focuses on both the hard and soft skills needed to create success for participants’ organizations and the fluid power industry as a whole.
