It was recently announced that Hengst Filtration will acquire Bosch Rexroth’s hydraulic filtration business. The transaction is expected to be finalized in early 2021. The acquisition will include the Bosch Rexroth location in Ketsch, Germany, its worldwide sales activities in over 30 countries, as well as the transfer of more than 40 industrial property rights. Hengst Filtration is based in Münster, Germany and specializes in filtration and fluid management and has more than 20 locations around the world.
