Strategy, Leadership and the Millennial Workforce: Mini-Survey and Presentation

Mark Thompson of Decision Processes International has prepared an online survey in advance of his presentation at the upcoming NFPA Annual Conference.  His presentation will focus on the intersection of strategy development and implementation, as well as leadership development and mental toughness for the millennial generation of employees who will need to step forward in coming years.

Whether you plan to attend the conference or not, please complete this survey.  If you have not received it via email, contact Pete Alles at palles@nfpa.com to receive the survey link.  The survey should take about five minutes.  All respondents will receive a summary of results by email following the conference. Individual responses will remain confidential.

Those attending will be assured that survey responses will help ensure Mark’s presentation is highly relevant to our industry.
