Metal Impact logoBased in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, Metal Impact LLC manufactures custom aluminum and steel impact extrusions. The company supplies simple impact extruded blanks, highly technical, tight tolerance designs, and difficult to manufacture extrusions of every size and shape. Metal Impact offers primary impact extrusion capabilities and a broad range of in-house secondary operations including CNC machining and turning, heat treating, and coating processes to finish parts to print. Examples of custom engineered fluid power solutions include filter bowls and housings, hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder bodies, reservoirs, accumulators, seal carriers, end caps, covers, and other enclosures.
