NFPA Visits Fluid Systems Components Technology Day

Fluid Systems ComponentsThis past month I had the opportunity to visit the Fluid Systems Components division of Certified Power, in DePere, Wisconsin. Fluid Systems Components (FSC) is a distributor of hydraulic and pneumatic products and a builder of systems in Wisconsin’s Fox Valley.

While I was there, FSC was holding its Power and Control – Technology Day, which included a series of educational presentations, tours of the FSC facility, and displays by some of FSC’s fluid power partners, most of which are members of NFPA. Presentations ranged from Fluid Power 101 sessions, to system design, to Internet of Things connectivity from sensor, to data collection to data display and use.

FSC serves both mobile and industrial markets. In addition to construction and agricultural machinery, Wisconsin’s Fox Valley is known for industries that go from forestry and logging, literally downstream to paper mill applications, as well as other areas of factory automation, giving FSC a diverse array of markets and applications.

Is your company holding a special event? Let us know! We would love to attend to show our support.
