Another stop while in Michigan for the 2016 Detroit Regional Meeting was a visit to Fluidyne Fluid Power in Fraser, MI, an NFPA member since 1997. Fluidyne remanufactures and distributes hydraulic open loop pumps, motors and valves to channels serving fluid power OEM’s and other users. The company supports a wide network of distributors and repair shops providing knowledge to fluid power system builders and OEM’s in markets such as construction, agriculture, oil & gas, mining & drilling, industrial manufacturing, metal processing, scrap, waste management, marine, fishing, forestry, and wind power. It was obvious from our visit that Customer Service is a priority for the company. They are not a “reboxing” company but offer all customers technical expertise through their experienced engineering staff. The company is represented at NFPA’s Annual Conference, Industry and Economic Outlook Conference, and Regional Meetings. Plus, Nicole Farrell, Sales and Marketing Manager, will be the Vice Chair of NFPA’s Future Leaders Network as of July 1, 2016. Fluidyne will also be exhibiting at IFPE 2017.
