The Board of Directors at Eaton announced a number of senior leadership appointments ahead of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Alexander M. Cutler’s retirement at the end of May 2016. Craig Arnold has been appointed president and chief operating officer as well as a member of the board of directors, effective September 1, 2015. Arnold will be appointed chairman and chief executive officer of Eaton on June 1, 2016. The board also announced that Richard H. Fearson has been appointed a member of the board of directors, effective September 1, 2015. Revathi Advaithi has been appointed chief operating officer of the electrical sector, starting September 1, 2015, to replace Thomas S. Gross, who will retire August 31, 2015. Uday Yadav has been appointed to chief operating officer of the industrial sector to replace Arnold, effective September 1, 2015. Click here to read the full press release.
