Lehigh Fluid Power, Inc. announced a definitive agreement to purchase assets of Ortman Fluid Power. The sale is expected to close during the first quarter of 2015. Ortman Fluid Power will continue to be headquartered and manufacture in Quincy, IL as a wholly owned subsidiary of Lehigh Fluid Power, Inc.
Motion Industries, Inc. announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Miller Bearings, Inc., headquartered in Orlando, Florida in the first quarter of 2015.
