Each week we publish a short company profile of an NFPA member as a way for us to highlight the diversity and strength of our industry. Today’s company is Poclain Hydraulics.
An NFPA Member since 1997, Poclain Hydraulics Inc., is a worldwide manufacturer of HTLS radial piston cam lobe motors, hydrostatic axles, variable displacement pumps, microcontrollers, and electrohydraulic valves, sold as individual components or in a complete hydrostatic transmission. The U.S. location, based in Sturtevant, Wisconsin, works closely with NFPA on local workforce development programs including supporting Fluid Power Challenge competitions and special presentations to area high school students. In addition to their engagement with workforce programs, Poclain Hydraulics Inc., is represented on various NFPA Committees, attends both the NFPA Annual Conference and IEOC, and will exhibit at the 2017 IFPE show.
