NFPA Member Company Profile: NetShape Technologies

Each week we publish a short company profile of an NFPA member as a way for us to highlight the diversity and strength of our industry. Today’s company is NetShape Technologies.

NetShape Technologies, Inc., is a global manufacturer and metal components supplier headquartered in Floyds Knobs, Indiana, with manufacturing and sales sites located in North America, Asia and Europe.  NetShape designs and produces engineered components through state-of-the-art Powder Metallurgy (PM) and Metal Injection Molding (MIM) technologies.  NetShape Technologies manufactures precision powdered metal structural parts such as: P/M gears, P/M gerotors, stainless steel parts, hydraulic and piston pump components, and multiple piece assemblies.  Fluid Power systems are a key application for the company’s expertise.  Joining NFPA in 1998, NetShape Technologies is very involved in NFPA’s efforts to spur pre-competitive research in fluid power through their role as a Silver Member of the NFPA Pascal Society.  Because of their commitment to this research, they are also active in joint NFPA/CCEFP meetings like the Fluid Power Innovation and Research Conference (FPIRC).  In addition, Netshape regularly attends NFPA’s Industry and Economic Outlook Conference (IEOC).
