NFPA Detroit Regional A Success—On to Minneapolis!

Detroit Regional MeetingNFPA’s 2015 Detroit Regional Meeting proved once again that Detroit cares about fluid power.  Just under 70 NFPA members and guests caught up with each other, enjoyed a casual lunch, and listened to Mike Coast, President of the Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center, present how MMTC and other Manufacturing Extension organizations help small to medium-sized manufacturers become more globally competitive.   Plus, 42 teams of 6th graders were just across the hall competing in the first-ever Detroit Fluid Power Challenge, sponsored by Master Pneumatic.  On March 26, Macomb Community College was the place to be for fluid power.

Up next—and not to be missed, is the 2015 Minneapolis Regional Meeting scheduled for April 22 at the Brooklyn Park Campus of Hennepin College. You will not only hear and see how your future workforce is being trained by the great programs at both Hennepin locations, but you will also hear from your fellow fluid power colleagues with business updates.  Be sure to register for this free meeting today!
