The 2020 Annual Conference schedule features many effective ways to help you and your team make the right connections.

Here are a few ways for you and your colleagues to engage with other industry members at the conference:

Check Out a Committee
The NFPA IoT Committee meets on Tuesday, February 11 at 2:00 pm and is an open meeting. Meet like-minded professionals in a smaller, interactive setting.

Get Your Future Leaders Involved
Your company’s Future Leaders not only get a special registration rate, but can also take part in exclusive learning and networking opportunities at the conference with the Future Leaders Network.
[New this year: The NFPA Executive Leadership Program 2020-21 cohort kicks off at the Annual Conference. The 18-month program provides six leadership education sessions, activities between sessions to enhance learning, and networking opportunities for up-and-coming leaders at your company. Limited space is still available in the cohort. Contact Katrina Schwarz at kschwarz@nfpa.com for details.]

Don’t Miss the Welcome Reception
Take advantage of this first opportunity for all attendees and guests to get to know each other on Tuesday evening, February 11. Enjoy refreshments, delicious appetizers and join in on a conversation.

Attend the Special Lunch Session on Wednesday
You asked for more networking and education, and this session provides both. Be sure and attend the expanded general session for additional industry insights and discussions.

Network During One of the Tours or Golf
Explore Little Havana, check out the Miami Design District, or play a round at the Silver Fox Course. These off-site activities will allow you to network with your colleagues in a more casual environment.

Make Those Last Connections at the Closing Reception
Enjoy the beach one last time at the Havana Nights-themed Closing Reception on Thursday evening and make those last few connections of the conference.

You won’t want to miss out on these top-notch networking opportunities at one of the industry’s premier events. Register before December 9 to lock in the best registration rate!
