NFPA Careers Site Provides Tools to Students, Instructors, and Companies

As part of our strategic agenda, NFPA helps increase the number of technically trained people and connects them to careers in the fluid power industry. One way to make that connection is through the NFPA Careers website, which includes information for students, instructors, and members.

  •  Students: In addition to job openings from supporting companies,* students can find career information including where the jobs are, how much they pay, and where to go to school for training.
  •  Instructors: The site includes information for fluid power instructors on how to partner with industry or host a Challenge event. Lists of scholarship and grant opportunities for students and schools at all levels, middle and high school, technical college and university, are also available.
  •  Members: Members planning to visit a local school or hold a Career Connections event can download the Careers Flyer. This promotional piece introduces students to careers in fluid power and contains information on available jobs, salaries, fluid power markets, and job outlooks. It’’s a great handout for career fairs and open houses, too.
