ZSi-Foster recently announced it has been acquired by Ideal Tridon Holdings, Inc., a portfolio company of Snow Phipps Group. ZSi-Foster is headquartered in Canton, Michigan, and manufactures hydraulic and pneumatic hose fittings, pipe, hose, conduit support, and fastening solutions to a variety of end markets. Members of the ZSi-Foster management team will continue to hold key positions within the combined company. The acquisition is expected to help both companies better serve their customers.
