Brennan Industries Inc. recently announced its acquisition of Miric Engineering. Miric manufactures standard and special fittings and adapters that are used by material handlers, tube manipulators, off shore markets, OEMs, and other end users. With the acquisition, Brennan now has five manufacturing centers worldwide and it will be able to improve its offerings in Europe with additional advanced manufacturing capabilities.
