Presented through a combined effort of NFPA and the Fluid Power Industrial Consortium (FPIC) of the Milwaukee School of Engineering, the recent virtually held June NFPA/FPIC Regional Conference drew an audience of 150 attendees, our largest crowd to-date. The event featured three industry speakers who used their years of expertise to discuss how precision manufacturing can improve fluid power system efficiency, reliability and durability.
The virtual program included presentations from:
- Bore Finishing Processes for Improved Hydraulic Component Performance | Phil Hanna, Product Manager – Machines/Gages, Sunnen Products Company
- Technology Integration in Real Life Production Machining | John Belmonte, President, Mitotec Precision, LLC
- Maximizing Manufacturing Productivity in the Information Age | Dan Skulan, General Manager, Industrial Metrology, Renishaw, Inc.
Presentations and video recordings from the virtual event will be made available to all NFPA members in the coming weeks.
