Exclusive Opportunities Available for Future Leaders at the 2019 Annual Conference

Members of the Future Leaders Network, a group that offers education and networking resources to younger fluid power professionals on leadership tracks within their companies, will be able to take part in several exclusive events at the 2019 Annual Conference, March 5 – 7 at the Montage Laguna Beach.

On Tuesday, March 5, Future Leaders participants will convene for a short meeting. In advance of Peter Rea’s general session presentation, Jon Goreham of QCC Corp and Chairman of the NFPA Board of Directors, will discuss the application of Rea’s character and virtue based organizational principles at QCC, touching upon lessons learned and how the principles help drive toward a higher performing organization. The meeting will be followed by a casual reception to help everyone get better acquainted.

Then the fun begins on Wednesday, March 6 when the group comes together for an optional social event, sponsored by eShipping. Come out to play Jenga, yard dominoes, corn toss, bocce ball, yard dice, and other yard games. Plenty of networking opportunities, heavy appetizers, and drinks will be included.

NFPA’s Future Leaders Network’s goal is to create a community of identified industry leaders or aspiring leaders, 45 years of age or younger, to not only further their careers, but also deepen their involvement in the industry and the Association. These qualified individuals can take advantage of a special discounted rate to attend the NFPA 2019 Annual Conference.
